Schedule your recurring Virgin Parents time
Agree on a recurring time to play. This is called your Virgin Parents Time. This could be once or a couple of times a week, every second day or every fortnight. This is completely up to you but it’s key that you stick to it!
Determine who’s who
There are two coasters in the kit: one for the more serious parent and one for the more relaxed parent. Determine who’s who before every play. This means this could change every time you play. Prepare and enjoy a beverage as you play.
PLAY
Step 1.
Reflect & rate your connection
Use the reflection sheets provided. On a scale of 1 to 5, reflect, discuss and rate current connection with each other before you play. 5 hearts being the strongest.
Step 2.
Spin the wheel
Spin to select a category. You’re playing as a team so you only need to spin once per round unless it lands on either Request or Me Time. If so, use the decision coin to pick the player.
Step 3.
Pick a card
Pick a random card from the selected category.
Step 4.
Take action & have fun
Refer to the icons at the bottom of the card to determine if the activity can be actioned immediately or to be scheduled.
Step 5.
Reflect & rate your connection again
Repeat step 1 after completing step 4.
